Party Edition 5
It´s day five already! It´s been fun to do this week edition of ideas for proms, wedding guests or any kind of party. If you are interested in more, make sure to visit the previous posts. On day 4 (here) we had a silk top with a pair of embellished denim, on day 3 (here) a lace midi dress with a pair of platformed oxfords, on day 2 (here) a floral slip dress with flat sandals, and on day 1 (here) we paired a cami dress with over the knee boots.
Today is day 5 and, as I told you yesterday, it´s the most elegant outfit so far. We have a strappy v-cut on the front and back of the dress. It seems very simple as in shape, again straight lines, but the key is in the material. It´s a sheer fabric in between the silver and gold tones over a nude base. As I told you before, it has a steep v-cut, so I had to think of a way of covering it a bit. It was not complicated as bralettes are very trendy at the moment. In fact, I would consider this top a strappy crop top that could easily be worn alone. I like how the lace shows from under the dress.
Moving on to the shoes, I opted for a simple pair of heeled platforms from HM. They are pretty basic, straight out of the 70´s. From my experience, I wore them a whole night and I survived! Really comfortable and extremely high.
Finally I wanted to mention the hair clip I´m wearing. It´s a cute detail that is apparently the latest hair accessory.
Come back tomorrow for the last outfit!
