The most important thing that brings simplicity to this look is a pair of jeans. This time I opted for a dark colour with ripped knees. I wore them several times in very casual outfits here, here, here and here. Then I opted for my favourite kind of tops from Topshop with a contrast neckline. They remind me of a raglan top but for summer as they have short sleeves. The material is also super soft because the material is "burnout" resulting on a very interesting texture. The harrington jacket seemed very interesting to me because it is one of the biggest trends of the season, part of the 70´s inspiration, but I´ve never been very attracted to them. What I didn´t like was the nylon material, but they come in other fabrics that can create a more structured shape. What´s more, it´s just black and has some vinyl decorations that makes it a little bit more interesting, but not too much as it would be with an embroidery. I got this one together with a matching skirt and wore it for London Fashion Weekend here, but when I tried it I knew I wanted to wear it alone. And this is my look.
PS: There´s a difference between a Harrington and a Bomber jacket. The second one has a loose fit and is said to be less formal. I like harringtons most, what about you?
